There is an annual membership fee for this program. Your membership will cover the following services:

Dental checkups (including digital X-rays as necessary, routine dental cleanings, dental exams, and oral cancer screenings)
15% discount on all other recommended dental treatments. A treatment plan will be provided in writing, and will include both the regular and discounted fees
