Financial Policies

Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.

You can choose from:

  • Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card
  • NO INTEREST Payment Plans from CareCredit (WAC).
  • Low Interest Payment Plans from Spring Stone (WAC).

Salina Dental Arts requires payment prior to the beginning of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, your refund will be determined upon review of your case.

For larger, more comprehensive treatment plans of $1000 or more, a 20% deposit is required to secure your initial treatment appointment.

For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.

Insurance Policy
As a convenience to you, we are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance company to help you receive the maximum benefits available under you policy. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company. No insurance company covers all dental costs.  Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. The insurance relationship constitutes an agreement between the carrier and the patient, not the carrier and the dentist. It usually takes three to six weeks for benefits to be paid. If after 60 days the insurance company has not paid, we ask the patient to pay the balance to their account. We will continue to seek settlement from your insurance company for a reasonable period of time. It may be necessary for the patient to contact their insurance company to expedite payment.
